Job summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead – EMEA to drive adoption of IntelliServe and remote service capabilities across the region. You will lead cross‑functional implementations, address cybersecurity, and identify AI solutions that improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
- 5+ years in field service, technical support, or digital solutions within a regulated industry.
- Experience leading customer-facing implementations or deployments of digital/remote service tools.
- Knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and utilization of remote service capabilities across the region.
- Provide technical leadership by supporting sales, leading implementations, and removing adoption barriers.
- Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO for consistent positioning and rollout.
- Execute installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization.
- Lead innovation by piloting and scaling AI-driven service solutions.
