Job summary

Virtual Colleague seeks a proactive Digital Marketing, Email Campaigns & Lead Generation VA to support growth of its coaching services. You will manage marketing activities, research prospects, execute emails, and conduct outreach.

Two focus areas: digital marketing/course promotion and lead generation. Remote, flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week; potential for more hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, lead generation, or sales support.
• Hands-on experience executing email campaigns and managing lists.
• Proficient in researching prospects and building targeted lead lists.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, content scheduling, and basic analytics.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospect research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Email marketing and campaign management, including copy, subject lines, and sequences.
• Social media marketing and brand awareness across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Digital course promotion and sales support for coaching services.
• Coaching and keynote speaking lead generation through targeted outreach.
• Tracking, reporting, and coordination of leads, campaigns, and appointments.
