Job summary

Viseven Group in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate customer personalization initiatives for pharma clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, budget, and resources while collaborating with Sales and Account Management to deliver high-value solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in delivery management, strong English communication, and a solid tech background, with experience in pharma and web development projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Delivery Manager experience (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Experience in Pharma domain.
• Good sales skillset.
• Experience in managing/coordinating Web development projects.
• Understanding of business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Align personalization initiatives with the overall strategy and provide input to the Regional Delivery Lead.
• Lead and manage the delivery of customer personalization initiatives within their respective teams.
• Coordinate with the Delivery Director to allocate resources effectively within their teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their personalization requirements and align initiatives accordingly.
• Manage client project portfolios, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide reports to the Regional Delivery Lead.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Managers and teams to ensure seamless coordination and information sharing.
• Seek feedback, identify process bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of personalization initiatives.
