Viseven Group is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead customer personalization initiatives within cross-functional teams. You will coordinate with the Delivery Director to allocate resources and manage budgets, ensuring on-time delivery of personalized solutions for pharma clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Delivery Management, Product Owner, PM or BA role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Technical background with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in Pharma domain and with web development projects.
• Sales mindset and ability to identify opportunities.
• Ability to learn new technologies and dive into details.
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Office and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Align personalization initiatives with strategy and input to Regional Delivery Lead.
• Lead and manage delivery of personalization efforts within teams.
• Coordinate resource allocation with Delivery Director.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Manage client project portfolios, budgeting, risks, and execution.
• Track performance metrics and report to Regional Delivery Lead.
• Work with Delivery Managers to ensure coordination and knowledge sharing.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Provide technical and quality expertise to customers with Account Managers.
• Support Sales by identifying opportunities and gathering requirements.
