Zohorecruit is seeking a Remote Debit Card Customer Service Representative to provide inbound support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts from a home-based location. You will handle activations, balances, transactions, disputes, and general card questions while maintaining strict data security.

After training, the role requires extensive hours per period, with ongoing work as a contractor. US-resident applicants in approved states are invited to apply.

Formación

• 16 GB RAM minimum
• Reliable hardwired high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not permitted)
• USB headset with microphone
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Ability to pass a background check & fingerprint screening
• Successful completion of a computer compatibility check and online assessment

Responsabilidades

• Provide inbound support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts, including activation, balances, transactions, and disputes
• Assist with lost or stolen cards and general account questions
• Support payroll cards, fund transfers, and payment-related concerns
• Handle customer information securely per financial regulations and data protection procedures
