Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Remote Debit Card Customer Service Representative to provide inbound support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts from a home-based location. You will handle activations, balances, transactions, disputes, and general card questions while maintaining strict data security.

After training, the role requires extensive hours per period, with ongoing work as a contractor. US-resident applicants in approved states are invited to apply.

Remote Debit Card Customer Service Representative

1099 Independent Contractor | Work From Home

We are seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services program. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions, and other account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally.

What You'll Do

Provide inbound customer support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts , including:

• Card activation, balances, transactions, and disputes
  
• Lost or stolen cards and general account questions
  
• Payroll cards, fund transfers, and payment-related concerns
  
• Securely handling customer information while following required financial regulations and data protection procedures
  

Higher Work Commitment: After training, this opportunity requires more than 50 hours of work during each period: the 1st–15th and the 16th–last day of the month. This commitment continues throughout the contract.
