WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions leveraging cloud technologies and automation. You will work within an agile team to understand requirements, build scalable data pipelines, and enable insights for trial operations and business decisions.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to apply AI/ML techniques and open-source frameworks across data engineering and analytics use cases.

Formación

• Degree in quantitative field with strong data/analytics foundation.
• Experience in a disciplined software SDLC with delivery focus.
• Hands-on with modern data eng stacks and cloud tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute as part of a scrum team on business requirements.
• Design, implement, test and release technical solutions.
• Implement automated release (CI/CD) for delivery.
• Participate actively in the agile delivery process.
• Perform other duties as assigned; punctuality essential.
