WCG is seeking a data analytics professional to manipulate and analyze large clinical trial data assets, delivering actionable insights to inform strategy and decision making.

You will apply statistical techniques, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast feasibility and trial development outcomes. A strong background in Python/R/SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is required, with emphasis on data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years in data analytics, market research, or data mining for feasibility/clinical trial strategies.
• Experience with large data sets and statistical techniques is desired.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with machine learning and common data science toolkits (Python, R, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Perform data manipulation, cleaning, and analytics on data assets.
• Provide domain expertise to create insights for business decisions.
• Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Independently process, cleanse, and verify data integrity for analysis.
• Prepare and present ad-hoc analyses and forecasts to support strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on projects as assigned.
