BuzzyBooth.com is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the main contact for our clients, guiding onboarding and ensuring they thrive with our photo-booth-powered marketing automation platform.

This role focuses on building long-term relationships, driving client retention, and troubleshooting with our tech team, while identifying upsell opportunities in a fast-growing startup with a remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Must have prior customer success experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English with little to no accent.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or support.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new clients through onboarding and setup.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are using BuzzyBooth effectively.
• Build relationships with clients and proactively check in on their goals.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with our technical team when needed.
• Share client feedback with our team to help improve the product.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock more value.
• Gather testimonials and referrals.
