Qualifications

• Must have prior Customer Success experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English with little to no accent.
• Strong communication skills: friendly, clear, and solution-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or support.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts.
• People who love helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding and setup.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure clients use BuzzyBooth effectively.
• Build relationships with clients and proactively check in on goals.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
• Share client feedback to improve the product.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock more value.
• Gather testimonials and referrals.
