Job summary

Coursedog is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to turn customer success into stories and programs that boost adoption and expansion. You will oversee the advocacy program, manage the reference pool in Deeto, and provide customer insights to campaigns across Sales, Product Marketing, and CX.

You’ll balance relationship-building with program operations, driving trust and value for colleges and universities.

Qualifications

Proven track record of building, owning, and scaling customer advocacy in B2B SaaS.
Experience recruiting customer speakers and conference readiness.
Strong writing and storytelling to convert conversations into case studies and testimonials.
Ability to juggle many relationships, requests, and deadlines without dropping quality.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers for case studies, testimonials, video stories, and quotes.
Guide advocates from first ask through approvals to final delivery.
Manage speakers for regional conferences and the AcOps user conference.
Own and administer Deeto, including advocate data and reporting.
Support Sales by matching reference customers to requests and tracking outcomes.
Partner with Product Marketing to run the customer advisory board.
Collaborate with Demand Generation to provide customer insights for campaigns.
Shape messaging and CTAs for upsell and lifecycle programs.
