Coursedog is hiring a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to shape the strategic vision and execution of our Intelligent Academic Operations Platform for higher education. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive go-to-market, positioning, and customer advocacy, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing with leadership experience.
• Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and segmentation.
• Ability to craft positioning that resonates across multiple personas.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution of assets.
• Experience enabling sales and measuring pipeline impact.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, customer success.
• Excellent storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS pricing and GTM launches.
• Interest in higher education market or complex B2B software.
• Empathetic, curious mindset with business ownership.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve product marketing strategy across modules and buyer segments.
• Lead market research to inform segmentation, pricing, and roadmap.
• Align strategy with senior leaders across teams to accelerate execution.
• Define KPIs: pipeline influence, win rates, and customer metrics.
• Develop customer advocacy programs: advisory boards, case studies.
• Create assets: positioning docs, battlecards, sales enablement, content.
• Lead sales enablement and ensure messaging supports buyers.
• Represent Coursedog at events and conferences.
• Build analyst, press, and influencer relationships.
• Travel onsite for conferences ~20%.
• Leverage AI to boost market research, content, and insights.
