Job summary

You will work remotely from Poland on US business hour alignment, focusing on measurable outcomes and collaboration with Revenue Operations and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Own a large-scale B2B website and optimize key conversion paths.
• Demonstrate CRO and organic growth leading to qualified demand.
• Provide live examples of shipped work with baselines and measurable results.
• Utilize AI-assisted development and verify booking flows and tracking in existing code.

Responsibilities

• Improve journey from landing pages to inquiry and booking, measuring qualified meetings.
• Build reliable funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
• Run CRO experiments on messaging, design, forms, offers, and booking flows.
• Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery.
• Own website speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking, and release quality.
