Job summary

Grafit, a Warsaw-based agency, is seeking a Growth Expert to optimize client platforms and maximize conversions. The role blends CRO for B2B SaaS with funnel design, A/B testing, and data-driven strategies. You’ll work with our design and development teams, crafting persuasive copy and applying personalization and AI tools to boost results.

The position offers hybrid work with English communication across teams and clients, and opportunities to attend international conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO for B2B SaaS is required.
• Proven track record of optimizing sales funnels.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Fluent English; Polish language skills are a plus.
• Strong data-driven approach to decision making.

• Developing and implementing CRO strategies for B2B SaaS clients.
• Building and optimizing sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
