Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. You’ll evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows.

Preferred qualifications include 4–6 years with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms, plus experience leading CRM implementations and working

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience leading CRM implementations or migrations.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for inconsistencies and duplicate records.
• Analyze policy conflicts and define business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and integrated platforms.
• Create clear prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and governance decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, and ticketing.
• Provide insights on system design and sustainable governance.
