Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You will evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help AI systems understand complex business workflows. Strong English communication is required and prior SaaS CRM governance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integration platforms).
• SQL, APIs, data models, cross-system reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and duplicates.
• Analyze policy conflicts and define business rules.
• Reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document system changes and decisions.
• Assess CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations.
• Provide CRM optimization insights and governance guidance.
