Fuelerate is a growth partner for Shopify brands, helping them grow through conversion optimization, A/B testing, and high-performing design. You’ll work with CRO Strategists to design experiences that drive revenue for client brands while learning how to think about conversion.

This fully remote, performance-focused role offers ownership from day one, paid training, and rapid career growth as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Figma skills.
• Experience designing marketing emails.
• Experience designing for ecommerce brands.
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Portfolio showing marketing emails or landing pages.
• Proactive mindset and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences that help Shopify brands generate more revenue.
• Create high-converting landing pages and A/B test variations.
• Design marketing emails for selected clients.
• Turn CRO strategy into clean, effective designs.
• Collaborate with CRO Strategists, PMs, Developers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers.
• Design within real Shopify constraints.
