Job summary

Envista is seeking a Country Manager to lead the commercial strategy and execution across assigned country markets, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee sales teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives to expand Ormco’s orthodontic solutions globally.

The ideal candidate has commercial leadership in medical devices or life sciences, strong financial acumen, and experience with direct sales and distributors.

Qualifications

• Commercial leadership experience within medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy, market development, and customer engagement.
• Experience with direct sales models and distributors.
• Fluent in English and local language(s) of the country/countries managed.
• Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country-level business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop (Sr.) Territory Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the country (countries).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and training programs.
• Drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making and CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
