Job summary

PAYALLY GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Application Administrator to own day-to-day technical operations for Makrobank and core payment services. You will be the primary technical owner for service desk requests, handle incidents, and ensure smooth payment integrations with banks and PSPs in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application administration within banking/fintech environments.
• Experience supporting payment applications and integrations (SEPA, SWIFT, wires).
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills; performance and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Owns Service Desk requests for Makrobank and payment services; resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Administers Makrobank and payment-related applications; monitor health and logs.
• Owns payment integrations with banks/ PSPs; validate formats and flows.
• Participates in change management; supports deployments and post-release validation.
