Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project roles such as Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, shop drawings, and industry processes.
• Proficiency with Procore is required.
• Excel proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding and training.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors via calls and emails.
• Assist in general project management tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Maintain organized documentation and project records in Procore.
