The Nectar Group is hiring a remote Cognitive & Academic Coach to work with K–12 and adult learners across the United States. The role offers flexible scheduling, a part-time W2 arrangement, and the ability to influence transformational, individualized learning through a neuroscience-based curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, experience with diverse learners, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Psychology, OT, or related field)
• Must live in the United States
• Experience with children and/or adult learners of all abilities
• Available minimum three days per week
• Must pass background check and have positive references
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Must have a professional, distraction-free home office (no background noise, pets, interruptions; reliable internet; HIPAA-sensible environment)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver coaching in cognitive skills, academics, study habits, and emotional regulation
• Follow and adapt our structured curriculum to individual client needs
• Build rapport and motivate students toward long-term success
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
