Job summary

Earlston Academy is seeking experienced Career Coaches to support learners with career development, job-search strategy, and professional branding. This is a flexible, as-needed contract opportunity for professionals who enjoy helping people translate skills into meaningful career outcomes.

You'll provide one-on-one coaching, help set goals, refine resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and coach interview skills while guiding learners on job-search strategies and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in career coaching, recruiting, HR, or workforce development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach individuals with different backgrounds and goals.

Requirements

• Professional experience in career coaching, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, workforce development, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of current hiring practices and job-search strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach individuals with different professional backgrounds and career goals.
• Experience with resumes, LinkedIn, interviewing, and professional development.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection.

Compensation

Contract | As Needed

• Paid per completed coaching session or assigned coaching service.
• Compensation varies based on the type and duration of service.
• No guaranteed minimum hours.
• Flexible scheduling based on learner demand and coach availability.
