Job summary

Mento is seeking a senior legal executive to transition into coaching, leveraging 20+ years in leadership roles within tech. You will mentor members, participate in ICF-certified training, and contribute to a supportive coaching community from a remote setting.

This is a contract, hourly-position requiring 12+ hours monthly, with bonuses tied to engagement and community growth. North America or Europe-based candidates preferred for global reach.

Qualifications

• 20+ years leading legal teams in tech or adjacent sectors.
• Experience coaching individuals; coaching cert is a plus.
• Growth mindset and people development focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.
