Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future Poland is seeking a Technical System Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into clear specifications, and model processes using UML and BPMN. You will analyze data from SQL databases and CSV sources to guide decisions, participate in the SDLC with developers and QA, and validate REST API integrations using Postman.

The role requires 3+ years in IT/Systems/Business Analysis or development, knowledge of Cobol/Mainframe or DB2, and strong

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an IT/System/Business Analyst or a Developer in banking/fintech.
Knowledge of Cobol/Mainframe or DB2.
Experience working with 개발 teams in Agile environments.
Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Hands-on experience with functional specs, process models, use cases, user stories, and system diagrams.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience using UML and BPMN for process modeling.
Understanding of REST APIs and API testing with Postman.
Excellent communication to bridge business and technical teams.
Based in Poland.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Design and document business processes, system flows, use cases, and other analytical artifacts using UML and BPMN.
Analyze and validate data from multiple sources (SQL, CSV, and data repositories) to support decisions.
Participate in the SDLC, working with developers and QA to ensure correct implementation.
Review and validate REST API integrations using Postman or similar tools.
Support requirement refinement, solution design, and acceptance activities for high-quality deliveries.
Create and maintain project documentation and keep it up to date.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance analysis standards.
