Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future Poland is seeking an IT Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in the Securities domain. The role is fully remote and requires collaboration with software development and QA teams to translate business needs into detailed technical and functional documentation.

You will model processes with UML, BPMN and SQL, perform data analysis with BigQuery, and contribute to Agile ceremonies to support ongoing delivery and improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Analyst experience in the Securities area.
• Proven experience collaborating with software development and QA teams during delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business expectations into detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate into actionable specs.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for developers, testers and business teams.
• Model processes using SQL, UML and BPMN to document system behavior and requirements.
• Perform data analysis using SQL databases, BigQuery and CSV to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA and business reps to ensure successful implementation.
• Support process improvements by optimizing workflows and documentation quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain an Agile mindset.
