• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, intake coordination, case management, or call center environments.
• Professional written communication and high attention to detail are required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow structured workflows with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and empathetically.
• Conduct Veteran screenings using established workflows.
• Create and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Educate Veterans on Prestige's services and expectations.
• Coordinate communication between Veterans and Medical Experts.
• Meet daily productivity expectations and participate in meetings.
