Job summary

Assetara Limited seeks a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely through the Assetara platform. This role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and support services, excluding regulated financial advisory duties.

You will act as a key contact for clients, conduct scheduled calls, review portfolio context, and guide users through the platform while adhering to compliance limits and data protection rules.

Qualifications

• Proficient written and spoken communication with clients.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage client data and interactions.
• Ability to manage service level agreements and track response times.
• Awareness of data security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients professionally within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Provide concierge-level support and guide clients through the platform.
• Manage client calls, prepare context ahead of meetings, and assist with navigation while complying with limits.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM and avoid sharing unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or incidents per company rules.
