Job summary

Waverlo is seeking a Cinematic AI Visual Director & Creative Strategist to own the full AI video ad pipeline, from concept and scripting to final export. You will craft cinematic stories optimized for direct response across paid social, delivering thumbstopping, high-converting assets.

In this remote role, you’ll fuse film language with DTC performance principles, build a reusable prompt library, and collaborate with founders to scale the brand. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience producing AI videos using Seedance 2.0/2.5.
• Background in DTC e-commerce ad creatives.
• Strong prompting, camera direction and storytelling.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI creative pipeline from concept to final export.
• Write stories and scripts blending cinematic storytelling with DR structure.
• Direct AI video with camera movement, framing, lighting and pacing.
• Maintain visual consistency across shots and brand look.
• Produce multiple hook variations for rapid testing.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and scale winners.
• Build a repeatable AI creative production process with QA checklists.
• Provide monthly and quarterly creative reports.
