Job summary

Trimble’s Transporeon team seeks a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist to rethink logistics, drive digital transformation, and power the global freight network. You will lead end-to-end implementations and onboarding in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Fluency in Romanian and English, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite are essential. The role offers hybrid Kraków or remote Poland, with growth as a subject matter expert in transport and logistics.

• Provide interactive training and ongoing specialized support for software users.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships across the network.
• Develop SME expertise in transport and logistics sector.
