SallySupport, a remote staffing partner for home care agencies, is seeking a Care Operations Coordinator for remote work in the Philippines. This full-time Independent Contractor role involves coordinating caregiver schedules, client communications, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth care delivery.

You will manage multiple priorities across schedules, systems, and teams, while maintaining high-quality records and offering proactive support to clients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in operations, scheduling, coordination, customer service or healthcare administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and channels simultaneously.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Remote work experience and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor caregiver schedules, attendance and client visits.
• Follow up on missed clock-ins and schedule changes.
• Coordinate caregiver coverage and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Handle calls, messages and emails in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Provide shift handovers and maintain accurate records of activities.
• Support reporting, scheduling and day-to-day operational tasks.
