Job summary

Nasium Training, LLC (Nasium Training) is UMA Education, Inc.’s workforce development subsidiary providing healthcare training to employer partners. The Training Specialist role focuses on designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, onboarding new team members, and driving skill development across the organization.

Responsibilities include blended learning design, LMS engagement, identifying knowledge gaps, and ensuring compliance training.

Qualifications

• RCIS certification required for the role.
• Located within commuting distance to participating sites.
• Minimum 5 years as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
• Prefer experience as an instructor in an invasive cardiovascular program.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training curricula for call center roles, including simulations, role plays, web courses and videos.
• Assess ongoing training needs with managers and provide feedback on performance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and measure training outcomes; collect survey feedback.
• Ensure mandatory health, safety, and compliance training for new hires.
• Collaborate with team, lead coaching conversations and participate in virtual events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
