Job summary

Nasium Training, LLC (Nasium Training) is UMA Education, Inc.’s workforce development arm offering short, unaccredited, customized healthcare training to employer partners. This adjunct Training Specialist role focuses on designing and delivering blended learning experiences and bridging organizational goals with team member growth.

The hybrid position requires in-person instruction at partner locations and remote teaching support, with 401k eligibility after 90 days and ongoing opportunities

Qualifications

• Two years clinical experience in the field.
• ARRT Certification in radiography.
• Experience teaching radiography or limited scope radiography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learning Design and Delivery: Onboard new team members with an emphasis on helping them learn their job role and connect with our culture.
• Learning Management: Assess ongoing training needs and discuss career-pathing opportunities with managers.
• Quality Assessment and Improvement: Identify knowledge gaps and measure training outcomes.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure new hires complete mandatory training on health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage with team members in digital workspaces and virtual events.
• Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering wellness, recognition, and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
