D2B is seeking a Candidate Engagement & Resourcing Consultant for a 100% remote Independent Contractor role. You will engage active industry talent, conduct warm screenings, and map career aspirations to opportunities across accounting, finance, tax, and audit sectors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rapport-building, and CRM documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, experience with ATS/CRM platforms, and ability to operate across international client needs

Qualifications

3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in public accounting, legal, or professional services recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building with passive and active candidates.
Organized, goal-oriented with measurable activity metrics.

Responsibilities

Active Sourcing & Outreach on recruitment platforms to connect with accounting and legal talent.
Craft and send engaging messages to candidates regarding career paths.
Inbound engagement: respond to inquiries and conduct warm phone screenings.
Ask targeted questions to uncover candidate data (current role, skills, salary expectations, notice period).
Articulate the firm's value proposition and provide candidates with a strong first impression.
Document candidate details in the CRM and hand off to Senior Consultants for live placement.
Hit daily/weekly activity targets for messaging, calls, and introductions.
