Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a proactive Candidate Engagement Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end candidate experiences, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, while supporting hiring managers and organizational goals.

You will develop sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, manage postings, and ensure timely updates and confidentiality. This position operates on EST hours and offers a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate engagement is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple candidates and tasks.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven with experience managing candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
• Communicate recruiting process and timelines to candidates.
• Make hiring recommendations based on facts and references.
• Respond promptly to urgent communications.
• Participate in team meetings and share knowledge.
• Support onboarding and contribute to team culture.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create, manage, and renew job postings across platforms.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach to strengthen pipelines.
• Maintain an active candidate pool.
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews via Google Meet.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews and ensure timelines are met.
• Reschedule interviews as needed while keeping processes on track.
• Maintain candidate records and provide timely updates via email and Slack.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including travel if necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate engagement (preferred).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
  
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with experience managing candidate records and tracking systems.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to share knowledge.
  

Technical Requirements

• A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  
• Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
  
• Camera with at least 1080p resolution
  
• 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
