Job summary

Endego, a dynamic engineering solutions company, seeks a Sales Engineer/Account Manager to drive CAE software and technical sales across assigned geographies. The role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, delivering tailored presentations, and developing compelling proposals to win new business.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, 3+ years of sales success, and fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to work remotely or on-site in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.Eng. or technical engineering degree with sales exposure.
• At least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of engineering analysis and technology.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Performing sales activities for new and renewal business to meet revenue targets.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Create and deliver sales presentations matching products to identified needs.
• Research sources to develop prospective customers.
• Develop clear proposals/quotations for customers.
• Maintain account plans highlighting share and value opportunities.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, management and technical groups.
• Participate in trade shows and training to grow opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule phone and on-site visits and alert clients to new products.
