Job summary

ETAP is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer in Poland to support the sales and business development of advanced electrical power system analysis software, including ETAP/SEE/CANECO.

The role requires a strong technical foundation in electrical power systems combined with excellent communication and customer-facing skills. You will assist customers through the sales cycle, deliver software demonstrations, and help identify optimal solutions for engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and power system analysis.
• Experience with ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or similar engineering software is highly desirable.
• Understanding of electrical network modelling and simulation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ETAP’s footprint in the CEE region.
• Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals relating to solution concepts.
• Deliver professional presentations of ETAP solutions for customers and prospects.
• Explain the technical and business benefits of the proposed solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Assist customers during software evaluation and selection processes.
• Support the development of new markets and customer segments.
