Job summary

THG is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a full-time, permanent work-from-home role on the AM shift. The candidate will support major client projects in the building and construction sector, performing reconciliations, maintaining financial records, managing invoices, and preparing regular reports.

Required 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly. Construction industry experience is a plus. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and integrate seamlessly.
• Detail oriented with high reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Issue invoices and process payments (money in/money out).
• Follow up on overdue invoices and check invoices against price costings.
• Liaise with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project financials.
• Record and maintain project data within the accounting system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
