Job summary

Voxidea-Stafi is hiring Intake Specialists to be the first point of contact for leads or clients seeking legal services in a fully remote role. You will collect information, schedule consultations, and guide clients toward the right resources while maintaining confidentiality and organization.

We require a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in customer service or related roles, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken).

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
• Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Permanent residence in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop with stable internet connection.
• Available to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
• Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
• Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
• Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
