Emerging Travel Group is seeking a data analyst for the Business Analytics team to own the B2B commercial direction. You will work independently alongside the commercial team, uncover growth from data, test hypotheses, and measure impact of business initiatives beyond product features with advanced methods.

Your work will include supporting pricing overrides, cost modifiers, and experiments on credit limits for partners to grow bookings; you’ll also evaluate market-entry impacts and use causal

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in business, data or product analytics.
• Strong SQL, including writing efficient, fast-running queries.
• Confident Python and its data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn and others.
• Hands-on experience with difference-in-differences.
• Experience with causal inference methods: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching and similar.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests and other experiments.
• Ability to dive deep into business processes, solve non-standard problems and work independently.
• Fluent Russian and English B2

Responsabilidades

• Be the dedicated analyst for our B2B commercial direction.
• Identify growth opportunities in data and test hypotheses.
• Design experiments around pricing overrides and cost modifiers.
• Evaluate impact of opening local legal entities in new markets.
• Apply methods beyond A/B testing (e.g., diff-in-diffs, causal impact).
• Work autonomously with project managers to drive decisions.
