Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking an AMR Technical Support Engineer (Mandarin-speaking) for a fully remote role in Poland. You will provide technical support for autonomous mobile robots, AGV, and warehouse automation systems across customer sites and remote environments.

The role covers installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and customer training, working with R&D, sales, and project delivery teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, field service or robotics preferred.
• Familiarity with AMR/AGV systems and warehouse automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AMR/AGV and warehouse automation systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver onsite and remote technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Support system testing, performance verification, and customer acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Project Delivery teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve system reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, troubleshooting records, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with local and China-based technical teams to ensure efficient communication and timely issue resolution.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline

1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, industrial automation, robotics, or a related technical field
