Pentoz is a fast-growing tech company seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our remote-first team. You will design, build, and ship high-performance mobile apps using Kotlin and modern Jetpack tooling across industries such as staffing, SaaS, hospitality, fintech, and more.

You will work with product, design, and backend teams in a fast-paced agile environment, own features from concept to delivery, and continuously explore new frameworks and UI patterns to deliver delightful user

Qualifications

3-5+ years of Android development experience.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack libraries.
Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and modern Android patterns.
Experience shipping apps to Google Play or enterprise-scale deployments.
Attention to mobile UX and detail in UI implementation.

Responsibilities

End-to-end Android development: design, build, test, and deploy Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver great user experiences.
