Job summary

EY GDS Poland invites an accomplished leader to define and execute the O&S AI, Innovation and Automation strategy. You will own the innovation portfolio, collaborate with global teams and external partners, and translate challenges into scalable, measurable solutions.

You will drive governance, ROI modeling, and benefits tracking while ensuring Responsible AI and security across programs, with a hybrid work setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise AI and automation initiatives.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and strategic technology partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and ROI models.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI platforms and service management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the O&S innovation roadmap and AI portfolio.
• Lead development of business cases, ROI models, funding requests and value realization plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent AI, automation and transformation initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Engage with vendors to evaluate solutions, negotiate scope and ensure delivery quality.
• Review technical designs, architectures, governance processes and implementation approaches.
• Ensure Responsible AI, information security, governance and risk management integration.
• Monitor program progress, risks, milestones and benefits across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, service management and business teams to drive adoption.
• Produce executive updates and recommendations for leadership and governance forums.
