Job summary

Arise, a globally active weight-loss app, is seeking a CMO to lead growth and monetization through AI-driven strategies. This autonomous role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution.

You will own end-to-end campaigns across channels, set measurable goals, optimize pricing and user journeys with AI, and collaborate with product and design. Remote work with flexible scheduling is offered. Fluent English required; German or Russian a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth/marketing leadership, app experience a plus.
• Hands-on with AI tools for growth and automation.
• Strong pricing/ROI analytics and multi-channel management.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and monetization strategy end-to-end using AI agents.
• Develop scalable acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell campaigns.
• Set measurable goals and monitor ROI and KPI real-time with AI.
• Optimize pricing, user journeys, and campaigns via AI-driven analytics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and design.
• Document strategies and outcomes for transparency.
