Job summary

Strategy's in-house design team seeks a Senior Graphic Designer who blends strong craft in graphic and motion design with hands-on GenAI experience. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director on high-visibility briefs, including CEO initiatives, and help shape how the team uses AI.

Based in Warsaw, you’ll contribute to brand evolution, templates, and scalable design systems while collaborating with leadership on strategic projects in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional graphic and/or content design experience with a portfolio.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; Canva is a bonus.
• GenAI experience in real production with shipped assets.
• Strong creative thinking, especially for social media content.
• Solid print production knowledge for large-format materials.
• Systems thinking: build templates, kits and libraries.
• Confident presenting design rationale to senior leadership.
• Autonomous work through ambiguity with fast feedback.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Based in Warsaw, in-office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex print and digital design projects across campaigns, events and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual identity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce brand guidelines.
• Build templates, asset libraries and design systems.
• Lead ideation to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Use GenAI tools in production with shipped assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for high-quality execution.
• Work with Creative Director and leadership on strategic projects.
• Analyze existing visuals and propose improvements.
• Champion brand standards across physical and digital environments.
