Job summary

Cleeng in Poznań seeks a QA Engineer to contribute to AI-driven testing for enterprise media and streaming apps, handling millions of subscribers and dollars daily.

You will generate AI-assisted test scenarios from acceptance criteria using Claude Code, draft and extend Playwright/TypeScript tests, triage flaky tests, and shape the testing playbook for the entire organization. Join an international team across Amsterdam, Poznań, Manila, NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to QA for web/UI applications and APIs.
• Familiar with AI-assisted testing approaches and modern tooling.
• Ability to read and assess AI-generated test code.

Responsibilities

• Be an AI power user and generate test scenarios from acceptance criteria using Claude Code.
• Draft and extend Playwright/TypeScript tests AI-first, then harden them.
• Triage flaky tests and turn noise into reproducible reports.
• Build an AI-assisted testing playbook and share effective practices.
• Support proactive monitoring and regression testing for client flows.
