Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA automation with leadership in QA teams.
• Strong experience in Big Data testing and distributed data validation.
• Expertise in browser automation (Selenium) and API testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote automation best practices.
• Proficiency in Python and modern test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA automation team with technical guidance and performance support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks in Python.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for web, API, and Big Data apps.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Ensure high-quality automation code; conduct code reviews and define strategy.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for test design and efficiency improvements.
• Manage risk assessment and defect handling for releases.
