Job summary

Physitrack PLC in Poland is seeking a QA Engineer for Web and Mobile to test the web app, frontend and backend, and iOS/Android apps, with a focus on understanding data flows and API contracts. You will own automated coverage and verify API/data layers, collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering to improve specifications and prevent bugs.

Three to five years of hands-on testing, automation with Playwright, SQL querying, and strong Polish/English communication are required.

Qualifications

Three to five years of hands-on testing of web applications with root-cause analysis.
Practical test automation experience with Playwright or a comparable framework.
Ability to read API contracts and payloads, and to query a database with SQL.
Mobile testing experience on iOS and Android, understanding platform conventions.
Excellent written and spoken communication in Polish and English.
Collaborating with Design and Product to improve specifications.

Responsibilities

Test the product properly across web end-to-end, frontend behavior and backend responses, and mobile on iOS/Android.
Own automated coverage on web; extend and maintain Playwright tests and fix flakiness.
Verify API/data layer; check requests/responses, payloads, codes; verify with direct DB queries.
Pressure-test specifications with Product, Design and engineers; cover happy paths and edge cases.
Debug to root cause and provide actionable details to developers.
Support the wider business by reproducing customer issues and maintaining test plans.
Leverage AI to reduce repetitive work and raise quality.
