Job summary

10Clouds Financial Institutions is looking for a sales-focused professional to own our incoming opportunities, qualify leads, build client relationships and move deals toward closing. The role is fully remote, while the team is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

You will use AI in research, proposals and routine work to enhance client conversations. You will qualify inbound leads, run introductory calls, prepare proposals and keep the CRM up to date.

Qualifications

• Practical AI skills used for research, drafting proposals and automation.
• Commercial mindset with drive to move deals forward.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Some B2B sales or client-facing experience in technology.
• Proactive and organized with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and understand client needs
• Run introductory calls and present our offering
• Prepare proposals, sales materials and follow-ups
• Keep the CRM up to date and coordinate next steps
• Work with our technical and delivery teams when needed
