Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code—helping train AI systems to think like real developers. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role based in Poland, offering 10–40 hours per week.

You'll write, review, and refine code across languages, provide detailed feedback, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities while working independently on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code.
• Clear and precise communication of technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
