Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Katowice for a fully remote, hourly contract role that focuses on shaping AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve AI outputs, providing expert feedback to train smarter coding assistants.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clean, well-documented code across languages

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining code decisions
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities
